Addiet Canna A Skyline News viewer sent us these pictures last night of the public restroom at Pack Park Pavillion. The restroom is approximately 60 yards away from the Asheville Police Department and 100 yards away from Asheville City Hall.
The source said, “The guy, (a city employee), just locked it up knowing the condition. He looked at it. He just locked the door. There could still be someone inside the restroom and they could be locked up in there.”
