http://e17arttrail.co.uk/page/117/?id=15 At approximately 2:00pm this afternoon a person was shot on Smokey Park Hwy near Chick- Filet. The video of the incident has now surfaced on the internet.
It shows a person getting out of a car on Smokey Park Hwy and walking toward a silver or dark gray car. You then hear three gunshots and the person is then laying in the road. The silver/gray car speeds away.
There were words on the video that Skyline covered because of the language. Skyline recorded the video off of a sources camera.
Law enforcement is looking for the car that drove off.
