Borivli Lazarus Reheem Quinn has been charged and arrested in the shooting of a 17-year-old boy on March 14. He is being held on a $140,000 secure bond. As a part of the arrest, detectives located four firearms and illegal drugs.
Quinn is charged with:
- Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflicting serious bodily injury
- Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill
- Discharge firearm into occupied vehicle inflicting serious bodily injury
- Discharge firearm into occupied vehicle
- Possession with the intent to sell a schedule VI substance
- Felony possession of a schedule VI substance
- Carrying a concealed gun
- Maintain a vehicle for controlled substances
Fortunately, the 17-year-old is expected to make a full recovery
